Well, I’ve succeeded in establishing a good sleep pattern. My next goal is to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and do a stretching routine at least 3 times weekly.

My caffeine intake is an average of 5 cups daily. If I drink water before I start drinking the coffee it calms my craving for more coffee.

As far as a workout is concerned, the thought of exercise is overwhelming to me. So if I can make a habit with the stretching, I can add other exercises, too, like toning and strengthening routines.

Sleep Focus

I decided to set sleep focus on my iPhone last night. Because I was determined to get at least 8 hours of sleep so I could be more productive, I stayed in bed longer.

I tend to wake up around 3:30 am, but now I see how harmful waking too early is to my health. I think the increase of headaches was a result of poor sleep. Also, my eyes aren’t as irritated and dry.

Better rest also improves my mood. I feel more hopeful this morning. I can face the day with confidence.

Rest and Recovery

Cancer has been a part of my life for about a year. What a wake up call to live my best life. Fatigue has been an obstacle and an opportunity. Now I have the motivation to form healthy habits.
