I decided to set sleep focus on my iPhone last night. Because I was determined to get at least 8 hours of sleep so I could be more productive, I stayed in bed longer.
I tend to wake up around 3:30 am, but now I see how harmful waking too early is to my health. I think the increase of headaches was a result of poor sleep. Also, my eyes aren’t as irritated and dry.
Better rest also improves my mood. I feel more hopeful this morning. I can face the day with confidence.
